At Bodykynd, we provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body. Jo offers both a group class on the mat and private 1:1 Pilates sessions which are personalised and tailored to your needs.

Group Mat Pilates
Friendly, inclusive classes great for mobility, alignment, balance and core stability. Ideal for beginners, older adults, and anyone wanting to move better and feel lighter in their body.

1:1 Mat Pilates
Tailored Pilates sessions designed around your body and goals — rehab, pain management,movement re-education or strength and toning.

1:1 Reformer Pilates
If you want to take things further the Reformer offers controlled resistance that strengthens, lengthens and unifies — perfect for those wanting faster progress or a premium experience. Reformer Pilates uses a spring-loaded machine to add resistance and support, allowing deeper strengthening, alignment work and targeted full-body conditioning. Jo is excited to be able to offer some of the first private Reformer Pilates sessions in Woodbridge at Albany Health.
